2) slingers and archer gain the ability to give support
3) spearman, swordman, hoplite and barbarian gain the ability to receive support
4) slingers defence increased to 2
5) slingers cost increased to 3
6) ballista defence increased to 1
7) barbarian cost increased to 5
8) fort cost lowered to 5
9) velites can build fort
10) bireme transport capacity lowered to 2
11) bireme cost increased to 8
12) ships can be placed in enemy sea zones
13) removed a factory in Leptis Magna and added a factory in Cirta
14) added 2 hoplite Lilybaeum; added 1 onager and 2 legionaire Roma; added 1 hoplite Thessalonica; added 2 peltasts Corinth; added 1 bireme SZ 70; added 1 peltasts Antioch; added 1 hoplite Sardis; added 1 hoplite Hatra; added 1 cavalry Siwa (all units added belong to the owner of the territory or of the other units in the same zone)
