A unitAttatchment which sets if a unit can be attacked by strategic bombing raids and rockets.
Value: True or False (false by default for all unit types other than a isFactory unit)

If a unit can be damaged (by being isFactory, or by having "canBeDamaged", then you will need to have a "_hit" verison of the unit art in the players units folder.
Additionaly if canBeDamaged is used then "maxDamage", "maxOperationalDamage", and "canDieFromReachingMaxDamage" should also be set.
You may also include playerRepair, repairFrontier and a repairRule for the unit if you intend to allow repair.
