A composite index (CINC) is created by averaging all 6 values (divided by the world total for each). For A&A scenario designers this provides some useful information. However, the CINC gives too much weight to large, poor Asian countries, whose capabilities where in practice limited. For example, in 1939, China has a higher CINC than Germany. I have interpolated data and added proportion pages. See Correlates_of_War-Interpolated.xlsx
