Pro-allied minor neutral nations. Usually not a playable nation, but represents smaller Allied countries which fought in WWII.
Strategy (general)[]
Neutrals cannot be played by players or AI. Their units do not move.
However, in many games, if Allied units move into Pro-Allied Neutral territory, all units in that territory switch to the control of those entering units. This can quickly increase the size of your military, but in many cases the Pro-Allied nation will be in an area surrounded by enemies, so be careful about sending troops there.
