Technology Mechanized Infantry is active, this means
that Landtransport and Halftrack transport units.
Halftrack only Inf+Art.
LandTransport only Inf+Art.
Movement of transport doesn't stop with unloading.
Amphibious assaults only from LandingBoat.

Factory is placed normal in place turn, Bunker is placed
in place turn with edit mode. Bunker purchase
and placement is not limited by Factory limit, its additional.
Bunkers can be placed only in own territories owned
at the start of the turn equivalent to Factory placement.
