based on Elk's Original == A scenario based on early 1918 of the First World War. The Western Front has bogged down into trench warfare. In the East, the Russian empire has collapsed after revolution; elsewhere, smaller battles are still being waged for control of Africa and the Middle East. On the high seas, Kriegmarine was pinned into Baltic giving Brithsi naval free roam in the ocean.  Uses standard TripleA '4th edition' rules.
