================= INTRO ===================

Summer 1939, the Germans are ready to invade Poland.
The Russians are ready to invade Finland.

================= RULES ===================

Rules of v3 and extensions apply (paratrooper etc..).
Exact listing of properties at the end of game notes.

---(1)------------- Construction Unit Rules -----------------

Factory is placed normal in place turn, Bunker is placed
in place turn with edit mode. Bunker purchase
and placement is not limited by Factory limit, its additional.
Bunkers can be placed only in own territories owned
at the start of the turn equivalent to Factory placement.

THIS 2 RULES ARE OPTIONAL TO SELECT:
RULE 1.)
Only with a Construction unit present a Factory OR
Bunkers can be placed. For each Construction unit the PU
of the territory is the max. amount of bunkers to be placed.
Allied Construction units can be used to place.
In the home capital territory a factory can be placed also
without Construction unit.
RULE 2.)
No Construction units are used.
Factory can be placed everywhere.
1 Bunker per territory can be placed.

---(2)------------------ Factory Rules ----------------------

THIS 2 RULES ARE OPTIONAL TO SELECT:
RULE 1.)
When a territory is captured, the enemy Factory will
be destroyed. This is done in the place turn with edit.
RULE 2.)
When a territory is captured, the enemy Factory is taken over.
No action required. Normal gameplay.

Generally Neutrals are hostile to all.
